- Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law.
2. Paperback Books
- If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email address]. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- To help us process your request, please provide your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
- Refunds are not available if you change your mind or decide you do not like the content.
