Welcome to More to Life Media’s website. These terms explain how we supply our books and digital content. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

We are More to Life Media, an independent publisher, the online home of author John Bridges. We sell paperback books, ebooks, audiobooks, and digital content through this website.

2. Products and Fulfilment

  • Paperbacks are printed and shipped by Bookvault.
  • Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered by Bookfunnel.
  • Your contract is with us, but fulfilment is carried out by these trusted partners.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are shown in £ sterling, unless in your own local currency
  • Payment is taken securely at the time of order through Shopify.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Delivery

  • Paperbacks: Delivery times vary depending on your location and Bookvault’s production schedules. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Digital products: Once payment is confirmed, ebooks and audiobooks are normally available immediately via Bookfunnel.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, downloads): All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available unless required by law.
  • Physical products, like paper books: If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are not available if you change your mind or do not like the content.

6. Intellectual Property

All books, ebooks, audiobooks, and other content are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a personal licence to read or listen to it. You may not copy, share, or resell our content without permission.

7. Free Content

From time to time, we may provide free or discounted downloads or content. These are provided “as is” without guarantees.

8. Our Responsibility to You

  • We are responsible for supplying your order with reasonable care.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by Bookvault, Bookfunnel, couriers, or other third parties.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of business, profit, or opportunity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England
