1. Order Processing
- Paperbacks are printed on demand by Bookvault. Please allow up to 5 working days for printing before your order is shipped.
- Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly by Bookfunnel and are not subject to shipping.
2. Shipping Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK orders: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: 5–12 working days
- Rest of World: 10–20 working days
These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs checks, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking
- Some orders may include tracking. Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
5. Missing or Delayed Orders
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at [your email address].
- We will work with Bookvault and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at customer@moretolifemedia.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Digital Products
Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered digitally via Bookfunnel and are not shipped. You will normally receive download instructions immediately after purchase. If you do not receive them, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
